Since our founding in 1908, KMC has invested heavily in technology to improve speed and precision, and to increase manufacturing efficiency.
In 1988, we established of KMC LaserForm. Today, laser technology allows us to respond to growing customer demand for prototype and short-run parts of the highest quality.
For high-speed metal forming we employ conventional and automatic punch presses up to 300 tons, as well as a range of fourslide/multi-slide technology. Additional in-house equipment includes press brakes, shears, spot and wire welders, fabricating machinery, specialized piercing and forming machines, high-speed coating machinery, and a range of inspection and quality assurance equipment.
