Since our founding in 1908, KMC has grown a trusted supplier for original equipment manufacturers throughout industry by consistently researching and investing in technology to serve our customers better.
In 1988, for example, we were an early adopter of laser technology, with the establishment of KMC LaserForm. Today laser technology allows us to respond to growing customer demand for prototype and short-run parts.
Similarly, our engineers have developed improved products such as the new COL/CDL Series extruded cushion clamps, and HellerGard™, our exclusive pre-coated steel that offers extreme corrosion protection without the use of chromates.
Even more important is the culture we've instilled. Innovation is part of everyone's job at KMC - from our full-time Research & Development staff, to the machine operators on the manufacturing floor.
